Metallica – “Last Caress / Green Hell” MP3
I gotta lotta stuff to do today so all I can really do is post this video for you (and the Daily MP3). Both feature Danzig, the man, the legend, the sweat sock.
This is the sweetest video I’ve seen in a long time for SO MANY reasons. Danzig, puff-sideburned freak he is, has written some good tunes and the Misfits ruled, but this time, that dirty, steroids-ass, ex-Samhain-fronting mofo gets CLOCKED IN THE FACE by some bald dude.
I had been waiting for a video like this to pop up for years, so cheers.
Also take the time to listen to Metallica‘s version of two Misfits songs; they’ve gotten terrible of course but these covers come from their heavy metal heyday. Also, I used to genuinely think James Hetfield was singing, “Suck the titty of death” on “Green Hell” … wouldn’t that be hilarious?

You are a little piece of shit. That video is as old as the hills — did you hear what happened to the bald dude who landed a lucky punch? He’s since almost lost an eye, been bankrupted twice, and had his house burn to the ground. Heh heh.
